What Nymbrink does

Nymbrink watches the signed public declarations (“passports”) that AI agents publish under the open Provenance Protocol. It fetches them on a schedule, compares each version with the last, tells you what changed, and issues signed attestations (“stamps”) of what it observed and when.

Nymbrink fetches only public addresses, identifies itself in its User-Agent, and is never in your request path: your traffic to any agent does not pass through us.

What Nymbrink does not do

Nymbrink does not assess whether an agent is safe, secure, lawful or fit for any purpose, and does not certify that anyone is compliant with any law, standard or contract. A stamp records what Nymbrink retrieved, from where, and whether its signature checked out at that time. It is not a statement that the declaration is true or that the agent behaves as declared. Decisions about which agents to rely on remain yours.

Your account

You sign in by email link. Keep access to your email address secure; anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us at security@nymbrink.com if you believe your account has been misused.

Plans and payment

Paid features are provided under the plan you choose, as shown when you subscribe. Fees, limits and billing period are those shown at that time. We will give at least 30 days’ notice before changing the price of a plan you are on. Publishing a passport and having it checked is free and needs no paid plan.

Acceptable use

Do not use Nymbrink to watch addresses that are not public, to overload anyone’s systems, to publish a passport for an agent you are not answerable for, to impersonate another company, or to break the law. Do not try to reach data belonging to other customers or to get around the limits of your plan. We may suspend an account that does these things, and will tell you why.

Your content and your passports

You keep all rights in what you put into Nymbrink: your lists of agents, rules, decisions and notes. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. We never use customer data to train AI models.

A passport you publish is yours and works without Nymbrink. Your private signing key is never sent to us. If you claim an agent, its public page shows only what its public passport already says and what Nymbrink observed about it.

Stamps and public records

Stamps are signed with Nymbrink’s key and can be checked by anyone without an account. Nymbrink may keep and show a public record of its observations of public passports. It never shows who asked it to watch an agent.

Availability and changes to the service

We aim to keep Nymbrink running and to tell you when a scheduled check did not happen. We do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change features; if a change removes something you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

Disclaimers

Nymbrink is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not stated in these terms, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not responsible for the content of any passport published by someone else, or for any act or omission of any agent we watch.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data, and each party’s total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using Nymbrink and close your account at any time. We may end these terms on 30 days’ notice, or at once for a serious breach. When an account closes, we delete its data as described in the Privacy Policy and, for business customers, the Data Processing Addendum. Stamps already issued remain valid signed records of what was observed.

Changes to these terms

We will give at least 30 days’ notice of material changes by email and on this page. Continuing to use Nymbrink after that date means you accept the new terms.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in them removes rights you have under the mandatory consumer or data protection law of the country where you live.
